A large proportion of our workload is for domestic clients wishing to improve their home through extensions, loft conversions, remodelling and refurbishment. We initially visit the site to take a brief and discuss options for creating more space in your home and how to marry the new with the old.
Our standard service includes us acting as your agent in connection with all design work and obtaining approval for planning permission and building regulations after which we will provide you with a set of drawings for builders to quote and work from. Additional services as add-ons are available to suit your specific requirements such as tender documentation and site inspections.
